Server URLs on run.tools and server.smithery.ai, the Smithery API, Connect, Toolbox, accounts and API keys stop on 31 Oct 2026. smithery.ai stays as a public MCP directory run by Arcade.dev.
What happens to your data
Accounts and API keys stop working; the notice does not say how account data is handled. Paid plans are refunded for charges since 5 Aug and cancelled.
What to do
- Replace run.tools and server.smithery.ai URLs with each vendor's official MCP URL, listed on the server's smithery.ai page.
- If you manage MCP connections for your own users, move them to another connection manager before 31 Oct.
